ARC SBC Reman 305-350-400ci Blocks

ARC re-manufactured 350-400 Chevy Blocks start with select cores. All blocks are boiled clean, magged, sonic checked and inspected. All block threads are checked, corrected if needed and re-tapped to insure proper clamping. New 4 bolt main caps and 12 point 190,000 psi fasteners are installed along with a new aluminum two piece rear seal adapter if required. The blocks are then align bored and honed, square decked, radial clearance for a 3.750″ stroke with steel rods, bored & plate honed to a 4.030-4.155″ bore with bolts, hot washed, new cam bearings, brass freeze plugs installed and there is no core charge. You can not tell the difference between this block and brand new!
