GM Gen V 4 Bolt Main Race Ready Blocks
AwesomeEngines° now offers GM Gen V 4 Bolt Main one piece #10114182 blocks. These castings use the same timing cover and dampener as the Gen IV. The only difference is the oil pan which we have and will include for the better one piece rear seal block. These like new GM 4 Bolt Main Blocks were all early take outs and most standard bore ready. None have more than 30,000 miles and most under 5000. Due to early take out programs GM had they were just swapped out. These blocks have almost no wear anywhere. These like new blocks offer you an affordable option for any needs.
Fully Race Prepped Includes
1. We do a light align hone to 2.941″ middle of the road specifications.
2. We plate honed to 4.251″ dead on 45° .0003 max taper.
3. We bore and plate honed at no charge to a 4.280 bore size if needed, see upgrades for larger bore sizes.
5. We square deck blocks to 9.8″, see upgrades for specific required deck heights.
6. We radial clear block for a 4.25″ crank and steel rod clearance, see upgrades for larger strokes.
7. We will cnc any lifter bore size you may require, see upgrades for sizes.
8. We install an AwesomeEngines® logo and serial number every block.
7. We hot wash block to remove all machining debris from surfaces and galleys.
8. We brush all oil passages and install pipe plugs.
9. We install stainless steel or brass freeze plugs.
10. We install new cam bearings, check fit with a camshaft, and install cam plug.
11. We will do a block fill with Moroso block filler to the bottom level of the water pump holes if requested, see upgrades.
12. We lube block, seal in block bag and box the block for shipping
