With every engine freshen up we take great pride in making it better and more power when it leaves by a noticeable increase. The ET tells the end of the Story. Oil, plugs, filter and fuel included and everything is returned so you can see your parts that have all been exchanged.

  • Save Shipping Container, Tag All Parts Shipped with Engine, place in their separate holding space
  • Disassemble Engine, check Deck Height, Record Rod Bolt Stretch Out, Dial Bore Both Rod Ends and Aline Bore
  • Mark Heads Left and Right; Disassemble the Pair of Heads placing all valves in specialty L-R Rack
  • Check All Valves and Seats for Proper Seal and Clearance, Check Springs for Pressure and Wear
  • Hot Wash and Re-assemble Both Heads with new Valve Guide Seals and any needed wearable parts
  • Dial Bore Gauge Your Cylinders with Torque Plate Installed with Proper Lube Used to Specifications
  • Plate Hone Your Block with Your Head Fasteners and Gaskets to Proper Finish
  • Hot Wash Parts, Install Cam Bearings and Freeze Plugs if Needed
  • Check Cam, Lifters, Timing Set, Oil Pump, Push Rods and all other Internal Parts
  • Clean, Wet Mag, Mic Crankshaft, Polish Carefully if Everything Checks Out
  • Stretch Rod Bolts to Specification, Check Big and Small Ends to Make Sure they are Dead on
  • File Fit Total Seal Rings, Assemble Short Block with “H” Series Bearings and New Rear Seal
  • Degree Cam, Check Piston to Valve and Head, Verify TDC Pointer
  • Install all Parts to Complete a Engine with Fel Pro Racing Gaskets Per Bore Size; CC Engine for Compression
  • Check Carburetor, Ignition and all Related Parts For Wear and Proper Tune Up
  • Install Engine on Dyno, Break in with Proper Fuel, Oil, Plugs and Verify Engine Power
  • Recheck Valves,  Check Compression and Inspect Removable Oil Filter
  • Detailed Dyno Sheets, Engine Clearances, Cam Specifications will be Shipped with Engine
  • Repackage and Ship Engine Back to You. Any Shipping Charges over $400.00 will be Extra
